Leadership Education and Development

Leadership takes place at all levels on the Georgia Tech campus! The Division of Student Life’s Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) office gives participating students the opportunity to learn and practice effective leadership skills that can be applied to all areas of their personal and professional lives. The LEAD office offers a thoughtful and intentional series of academic, experiential, and co-curricular activities to help students prepare for leadership in a rapidly evolving global society. LEAD programs, such as Grand Challenges, the Minor in Leadership Studies, Leading Edge (One-on-One Leadership Coaching), and Teams for Tech are designed to help students reach their full leadership potential.
