2026 Winter Student Organizations Fair Details

Location: In Person - Walkways Surrounding Tech Green + The Campanile
Check-In: 10:30 AM
Fair Opens: 11:00 AM
Fair Ends: 1:00 PM
Requirements to participate:
1. Be a Registered Student Organization in Active Standing.
2. Submit the Org Fair form (that's this form) no later than Monday, January 26th @ noon.
3. Pay a $5 registration fee to reserve your table
4. Provide at least 1 student representative at your table for the duration of the event
